St Andrew’s Community Care services to transition to integratedliving Australia
St Andrew’s and integratedliving matters are progressing well towards the transition of clients, their services and workforce as part of the agreed sale of the St Andrews’s Community Aged Care home services.
To support the local care teams and to ensure a positive customer and client experience with more time for client and family engagement, the parties have agreed to extend the date for formal handover to Monday 16 December 2024.
Both organisations remain committed to enhancing aged care services in the region, creating strong referral pathways, and promoting local employment to support the community’s wellbeing.

Announcement
After careful consideration, the St Andrew’s Board of Directors has made the decision to focus more closely on residential aged care and retirement living services. As a result, St Andrew’s will transition out of directly providing community care services.
We are pleased to announce that integratedliving Australia will be taking over the delivery of St Andrew’s community care business on 2 December 2024. St Andrew’s will continue to provide community care service until 2 December.
