Todd is an experienced Human Services Executive with over 20 years in senior management in Accommodation, Child Protection and Aged Care services. He has also sat on Boards for a Neighbourhood Centre, a Disability Advocacy Service, a School Council, multiple sporting associations and Anglicare Australia.
Trained in Human Physiology and Business Administration, together with his experience, he has developed a unique view on service provision and “what is quality”. Todd has been responsible for successfully growing a highly regulated Community Services NFP organisation by over 2500% in eight years, whilst implementing effective therapeutic programs and achieving wonderful outcomes. Todd has now focussed his career on Aged Care, where he believes there is a lot more to be done, especially in future develops for the industry. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science, Masters in Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Todd is currently the Company Secretary for St Andrew’s.
Corporate Services Manager
Robyn joined the team at St Andrews in 2015, and holds qualifications in business and finance and postgraduate qualifications in organisational development and human resource. She has more than 35 years of finance experience working in private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Her finance and management roles include the banking and university sectors, and community services organisations.
Facility Manager – Operations
Suze has worked in senior management roles for over 20 years with a focus in business development, marketing and communications, and organisational compliance. Her career path has spanned the Real Estate, Education, Viticulture and Aged Care industries. Suze’s responsibilities include the administrative management of the residential facility, resourcing and equipping clinical and care staff to deliver premium care, effective and consistent communications with residents and relatives, and maintenance of organisational governance and compliance in alignment with the Aged Care Standards. Born, raised and educated in Ballina and Lismore, Suze is a local with deep community ties, especially in the farming community, and is committed to serving the needs of St Andrew’s residents, families and staff, and the broader community.
Facility Manager – Clinical
Kelly Williams has joined the St Andrews team with over 25 years’ experience as a registered nurse. Originating from an Intensive Care background, Kelly has worked within the aged care sector since 2013. She has worked previously at St Andrews as an RN supervisor and Educator. More recently she held positions as a Clinical Care Manager and Area Manager for a home care provider. She returned to St Andrews in December 2022 as a Clinical Care Manager and brings a genuine passion for quality aged care and leadership.
Clinical Care Manager
Kristine is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years’ experience within Aged Care, Medical-Surgical (Acute / Chronic), Intensive Care, Theatre, Renal Dialysis, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Paediatrics. Prior to commencing at St Andrew’s, Kristine held positions as a Clinical Nurse Educator for an aged care provider and a Diabetes Nurse Educator in hospital settings. She has completed her postgraduate course in Diabetes Education and Management. Kristine brings an extensive range of skills to the Clinical Care Manager role as well as her enthusiasm and commitment to ensure that quality care is provided to our residents.
Clinical Care Manager
Kirsty is a Registered Nurse with a 25 year history in Aged Care and manages the St Andrew’s Hospice whilst also studying a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Assessing the Impact of the Establishment of a dedicated Hospice Care Unit within a Residential Aged Care Facility (A Qualitative, Observational Study), commenced in 2021. In 2016 Kirsty completed a postgraduate Bachelor of Science (Honours), with a published research thesis in dementia communication, receiving a university scholarship award. This research thesis was undertaken on-site within a Residential Aged Care Facility and involved resident, family and staff participation. Kirsty has a demonstrated commitment to and passion for continuing her professional development and maximises her contribution to the industry through continuing education.
Quality Assurance Manager
With a career spanning Health Care (acute and chronic care, in public and private settings, both for profit and NFP), Vocational and Tertiary Education (public and private), Business Management, Auditing and Compliance Consultancy, and Governance (both for profit and NFP boards), Jacinta brings a broad range of skills to the Quality Assurance role. Jacinta’s qualifications include MEd; Grad Dip Ed; BA (Psych & Sociology); Dip App Sci (Nursing); Dip Midwifery; Dip and Cert IV in Governance; MAICD; Dip TAE; Dip Business; Dip Customer Contact; Dip Frontline Mgt; Cert IV Home &CC; Cert IV Aged Care; Cert IV in Property Services (Real Estate); and Cert IV Project Mgt.
Retirement Living Manager
Kim is a local and community minded individual with a passion for helping others. Kim’s career trajectory includes 24 years in local media developing and leading multi award winning teams, as well as earning Employee of the Year and Company Employee of the Year accolades for outstanding achievement, innovation and leadership with two past employers. Kim has formal qualifications in frontline management, business development, sales and marketing. She has been a successful small business operator and past Board member of the Ballina Chamber of Commerce. She has been instrumental in the planning and development of community festivals and events across the region. Kim values the importance of volunteering in the community (and is herself a volunteer). Kim commenced with St Andrew’s in 2020 and continues to assist with volunteer recruitment and auxiliary fundraising in addition to managing several retirement village communities.
Community Aged Care Manager
Samantha was raised in the Northern Rivers region. She commenced her career in the film industry in Brisbane as a Production Assistant and Cinemagraphic Make-up Artist on advertising campaigns. Upon returning to the Northern Rivers from Brisbane, Samantha commenced a career in Aged Care as a Case Manager and Home Care Coordinator in various local facilities. She has had extensive experience in the management of home care services across the North Coast. Samantha joined St Andrew’s in 2021 as the Home Services Consultant and was appointed Community Aged Care Manager at St Andrew’s Care Ltd in May 2023. She has a passion for aged care especially supporting seniors to remain living their best life at home and within the community.
