Why St. Andrews can provide you with quality aged care

Our mission is to provide a flexible approach to aged care and support in order to respond to the unique needs of every individual. St Andrews offers a caring and respectful environment surrounded by sub-tropical gardens in the heart of beautiful Ballina. Your needs are all catered for by our enthusiastic team.
St Andrews Residential Care was originally established in 1983. Since then, our facilities and services have expanded to keep pace with the needs of our community. Whether you are seeking independent living, residential care, dementia care, palliative care, community care or respite care, our team is by your side to assist you.
St Andrews is fully accredited. St Andrews has more than 200 staff, including nurses, care staff, community health, general services, maintenance, leisure and lifestyle, administration and volunteers – and all together with the aim to provide an environment of excellence of care.
St. Andrews also runs the Northern Rivers Aboriginal Aged Respite Service which provides a range of programs and activities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 50 and over, including community outings.
Our board of management meets regularly to oversee the processes and conditions within our organisation. As a team, we want you to feel safe and happy in the homely atmosphere of St Andrews.
