Kim is a local and community minded individual with a passion for helping others. Kim’s career trajectory includes 24 years in local media developing and leading multi award winning teams, as well as earning Employee of the Year and Company Employee of the Year accolades for outstanding achievement, innovation and leadership with two past employers. Kim has formal qualifications in frontline management, business development, sales and marketing. She has been a successful small business operator and past Board member of the Ballina Chamber of Commerce. She has been instrumental in the planning and development of community festivals and events across the region. Kim values the importance of volunteering in the community (and is herself a volunteer). Kim commenced with St Andrew’s in 2020 and continues to assist with volunteer recruitment and auxiliary fundraising in addition to managing several retirement village communities.
