Josh has dedicated more than 15 years to the aged care and health sector, beginning his career as a Care Worker and Enrolled Nurse before becoming a Registered Nurse. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in dementia care, hospital-based nursing, wound management, and clinical leadership, giving him a deep understanding of the complex and varied needs of residents.
Most recently, Josh served as Care Manager at the Ballina Residential Aged Care Facility, where he oversaw resident care, AN-ACC , compliance, and the delivery of quality outcomes. As a Registered Nurse and committed leader, he is passionate about fostering a supportive workplace culture where both staff and residents can thrive. As a Registered Nurse and dedicated leader, Josh is committed to building a positive and supportive workplace culture that empowers staff and enhances the wellbeing of residents.
