Craig Wearne is an experienced health and aged care executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across both sectors. His career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and in various senior executive roles, building extensive expertise in organisational leadership, strategic planning, and high-quality care delivery. Craig’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA), postgraduate studies in Risk Management, and Graduate membership of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Areas of expertise span corporate governance, clinical governance, enterprise risk management, and property development—including strategic and master planning of healthcare and aged care facilities. Joining the St Andrew’s Board of Directors in June 2026, Craig is committed to supporting strong governance and sustainable organisational performance while ensuring older people receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Contributing to an organisation that enables quality care and support for older people in our communities is a personal passion.
