… We are all part of the St Andrews Community …
The high esteem in which St Andrews is held in the community is due to our people – our residents, their families and friends, our staff, our board of management, volunteers, management team and contractors.
At St Andrews, our mission is to continue to identify and respond to the evolving needs of the individual. St Andrews residents are treated with dignity and respect, and staff are committed to ensuring their comfort, safety and privacy.
Residents, Clients and Families
While residents and clients are central to the function of St Andrews, we encourage interaction between our residents, clients, family, friends, and staff – together we make the difference. We encourage active involvement, including visiting, outings or events. This makes a huge difference to the health and wellbeing of all and the way we live life to the fullest.
Board of Management
The model of governance adopted by St Andrews Board of Management allows and encourages a free exchange of ideas between all levels of staff, management, residents, relatives and friends, all of whom are valued for their ideas and contribution to the St Andrews community.
Staff
Our staff are valued for their professionalism, experience, courtesy, warmth and care towards residents, clients and families.
We are in partnership with accredited training organisations and all staff have access to, and take part in, regular training and workshops to update their qualifications and skills.
St Andrews is proud of our award-winning status and our position as an employer of choice within the community. At the heart of our philosophy is excellence in service. If you are a person keen to excel in a growing profession, contact our office or forward your resumé to reception@standrew.com.au
Volunteers
Volunteers are essential to our community and form an integral part in the care of residents and clients. St Andrews welcomes those interested in being involved in many fun and rewarding activities and to bringing a happy and harmonious atmosphere to our service and care.
Help us to enrich the lives of others by sharing your time and life stories. If you would like more information about volunteering at St Andrews, please contact the Leisure & Lifestyle department on 6620 5800.
